Binding reservation!

By making a reservation, you expressly agree to our terms and conditions and data protection.

We collect your data for the purpose of carrying out your contact request. Data processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to answer your request. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of their processing. You have the right to object to the use of your data for the purpose of contacting you at any time.

II. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded when a customer reserves seats in our cafe-bistro by email, telephone or in person and this reservation is counterconfirmed.

If there is no counter-confirmation, no effective booking has been made.

III. Withdrawal by the customer (cancellation, cancellation)/ non-use of the services.

The reservation can be canceled or rebooked free of charge up to 3 days in advance. From the 2nd day before the start of the event

a cancellation or rebooking is no longer possible free of charge. In this case we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.
